La mwbwFederazione Italiana Canoa e Kayak (mwcaFICK), facente parte del mwcqComitato olimpico nazionale italiano, raggruppa le varie discipline della mwcgcanoa e del mwcwkayak. Riconosciuta ufficialmente dal CONI il 30 aprile mwda1987.

Il centro tecnico federale si trova a mwdgCastel Gandolfo (mwdwRM), dove annualmente è organizzata ad agosto la gara che segna l'epilogo della stagione di migliaia di mweacanoisti tra i 15 e i 23 anni.
